Inside Your Level 3 Mastery:

  • An intuited health + fitness plan to ensure you look + feel as good as your inner energy. Get specific with how many days/ week to get in movement, what heart rate zone to be in, exactly what type of movement is needed, and for how many minutes each time. Never feel torn between being a "muscle mommy," pilates princess, or cardio bunny ever again. You'll know exactly what your body intuitively needs.

  • Intuitively test every news headline, the bible, articles, etc. to find the Source truth - or LACK of Source truth - in ANY information. Whether you want to test the truth in information from your favorite influencer, certain health recommendations, news headlines, the Bible, or anything/ everything in between... this skill allows you to know the truth that others can't naturally see. This is the ultimate way to ensure you're never manipulated... never gaslit... and always guided toward light truth.

  • Pull your OWN ingredients that move the needle in manifestation and creation. You'll learn exactly how to intuitively test how to word them... that they're worded perfectly... and that they're built to get you desired shifts. Because there's a massive difference between clocking micromoments for an ingredient that's a 62% match to your goals... vs one that's a 98% match to your goals. You'll never have to second-guess what ingredient to use to overcome a block in your relationship, your finances, your self-image ever again. You'll be able to intuitively pull it in real time.

  • Live Q&A – We're extending the usual time of these live practice rooms by 15 minutes EACH WEEK to allot for Q+A time!
  •  Module 1 from Allie drops June 1st - then the remaining modules drop each Monday from there. Watch that week's module before your live Zoom practice so you're fully prepared! 
  • Level 3 is a 5-week program - You'll get 5 weeks of recorded trainings from Allie, and 5 live-practice Zoom calls co-taught by both Gianna and Emma
