JOURNAL PROMPTS FOR DAY 1

On average, what are your daily thoughts about how you perceive yourself?

Are those your thoughts or did someone else put those thoughts onto you?

How do you desire to feel about yourself?

Who are you putting on a pedestal that you're allowing to define your worthiness?

 Why?

 What is following the statement "I am"?

 If you aren't loving your current identify.. flip it.

 For example.. instead of "I am always late" start programming "I am always on time"

 Then remember to emotionally connect to a memory of the last time you can remember embodying that quality. In this example it would be "on time" - remember and connect to the last time that you were on time.

 

DAY 2

What people, circumstances, and events that were traumatic and limiting am I holding onto?

How is it still affecting me?

Where does it show up and limit my full potential?

What do I need to acknowledge? What heavy emotions are ready to be released?

Write letters purging all the emotions to all the people who you are mad at.

Burn the letter or rip it up and get rid of it.

Then say "I choose declare and give permission to release these thoughts, feelings, and emotions from my mental, physical, energetic, and emotional body now. And so it is.

DAY 3

Practice your "yes" and "no" intuitive answers

 Create a note in your phone called: "my intuition is always spot on"

Then clock and take note of all the micro moments throughout the day your intuition is right.

DAY 4

Pick the biggest pain point area of your life right now

How would the highest version of yourself show up in this area?

Create a character and persona of how you wish for this area of life to be going for you and how you wish to show up.

What is this person doing daily? How do they feel? How are they thinking? How confident as they? What are they saying yes and no to? How are others treating them? What are they doing?

Then make the same decisions daily and feel the same feelings and think the same thoughts as that person would.

Make a note in your phone and call it "Financial Abundance"


Now every day bullet point all the mirco ways you are in the current and flow of abundance.
